Notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting of the Goulburn Valley Hockey Association for 7pm on Wednesday December 15th, 2021. The AGM will be held in the GV Hockey Hub as well as via Zoom. Login details will be provided prior to the meeting.
The ordinary business of the Annual General Meeting shall be to:
(a) confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
(b) Receive President and Treasurer report from the last preceding Association financial year.
(c) Elect officers of the Association.
(d) Receive and consider the statement submitted by the Association in accordance with Section 30 (3) of the Act.
We are still seeking expressions of interest into a number of positions; in particular Secretary, Vice President, Assistant Treasurer, Competitions Convenor and Umpire Coordinator.
