Following this recent announcement by the Minister for Community Sport, the GVHA Executive Committee in consultation with Hockey Victoria and our Club Presidents have had to make the unfortunate decision to cancel the 2020 GVHA SENIOR Winter Season.
The Junior Season will go ahead as planned, commencing Saturday July 18th. Senior players can continue to train under the current protocols if their clubs permit.
We hope to be able to run significant Twilight Competitions later in the year, catering for all age groups and abilities.
The GVHA Executive Committee thanks all clubs and members for their support over the past 4 months and remaining committed to see a Senior Winter season proceed.
For now, please support your club and junior teams in what we expect to be a fun and enjoyable season for them.
